Healthy Salad Dressings

Recipe from Jeri Bates

Oil Free Creamy Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

• 3 oranges peeled
• 1/4 c nut butter - peanut or cashew
• 1/4 c tahini
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1/8 c Bragg's liquid aminos
• 3 pitted dates

Directions:

1. Put all in blender and pulverize until it's creamy.  It's pretty thick! 

Sweet and Tangy Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1. 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
2. 1/2 c agave nectar
3. 1 c water
4. 1 tsp garlic powder
5. 1 tsp onion powder
6. 1 tsp dried parsley
7. 1/2 tsp dried paprika
8. 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
9. 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend

Directions:

1. Put all in blender until well blended.
